If you order by email, please indicate the model number, the color, and the length, if applicable. 

Payment is accepted via Master Card, Visa or Discover Card.  Please provide the card number, expiration date and the 3 digit security code on the back of the card along with your billing zip code.

All orders are shipped via Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.  The Shipping and Handling fee is $12.00. 

Orders will be shipped in a timely fashion.  Due to inventory fluctuations, all items might not be available for immediate shipment.

Special Orders take 6 weeks.

Please note, colors may vary depending on your computer monitor and settings.

We are not responsible for damages due to excessive wear/abuse.  We are happy to repair your gently used jewelry.  All repairs must be sent to Italy, as that is where the jewelry is made, and can take 12-16 weeks for the items to be returned to you.  Customers are responsible for all shipping charges.

If you decide not to keep the costume jewelry you ordered via the website, you may return it within seven (7) days of receipt of purchase for a refund.  Merchandise must be unworn and undamaged.  Refunds will be made via a refund check.  We will refund the purchase price, less 3% to cover the credit card fees.  Shipping fees are not refundable.  Please note, we cannot accept returns on Special Orders. 

Returns on purchases made at a Benefit Trunk Show are for MERCHANDISE CREDIT ONLY.

Please email cmmdesigns@icloud.com to obtain the return mailing address.  Please return the merchandise pre-paid and insured with your name, address, email address, and phone number via a trackable carrier.

We will notify you via email when we have processed your return.

Gift recipients are entitled to the merchandise credit.

Gift Certificates are available in any denomination.

Keep your jewelry in either an individual plastic zip-lock bag or the velvet pouch which is provided with your purchase.  This protects against pieces scratching each other.

Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, applying make-up, perfume or hairspray.

Clean jewelry using only a soft chamois-like cloth and wipe gently.  Do not use water or any solvents.

Glass-based pearls have layers of nacre, similar to cultured pearls, and so should be treated similarly.  Wipe pearls down with a slightly damp, not wet, soft cloth.
